*** As of Dubai's real estate law at the momemt, there is no stamp
duty, legal fees on freehold property in Dubai - apart from a 1.5% land registry
fee on completion. However, The new real state long awaited law may set initial
registration fee on freehold properties payable to the Dubai Land and Property
Department upon registration.
